On September 4, 2014 at 8:30 am, Harbor House will hold its 2nd Annual Men of Courage Breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Orlando. This year our goal is to engage 250-300 executive men to join the fight against domestic abuse.

We are excited to have Verizon as our sponsor again this year as well as WKMG Local 6, Healthy Advocate, and the Doubletree. Our keynote speaker is Norbert “Bert” J. Alicea, Vice President, EAP+Work/Life Services for Health Advocate, the largest EAP in the United States. Bert Alicea is a Licensed Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the EAP field. Bert is a premier trainer in the Employee Assistance field, specializing in the management of difficult workplace situations.

This year we are adding a one-hour session immediately following the breakfast for Human Resource professionals on domestic violence, workplace safety, and EAP’s. This program has been pre-approved for CE credits from the HR Certification Institute and will provide free CEU’s required for SHRM.

For information on this event, please contact our Development Coordinator Shirley Draper at sdraper@harborhousefl.com or (407) 886-2244.
