Harbor House is the leading authority on domestic violence and is highly regarded as one of the best comprehensive domestic violence programs in the State of Florida.


24 Hour Crisis Assistance 
Counseling and/or emergency services are available to survivors 24-Hours a day.

Shelter for Families in Crisis
Confidential and temporary safe shelter,
childcare, case management, referrals, counseling, and support for survivors and their children is available.

Human Trafficking
Harbor House is the only certified shelter in Orange County for survivors of human trafficking.  We also advocate awareness through educational programs on human trafficking for professionals.

High Lethality and Outreach Services
Harbor House works with Law Enforcement and Child Protection to reach out to survivors in highly dangerous situations before they become deadly.  We offer individual counseling, support groups, case management and referrals for adults and children.

Emergency Cell Phones
Donated cell phones are provided to survivors for emergency calls to 911, providing direct access to help when needed.

Children’s Services
Individual counseling, group counseling and therapeutic activities are offered to children overcoming the effects of domestic violence. 

Court and Legal Advocacy
Counseling and supportive assistance are available for survivors. We help file injunctions for protection, accompany victims to court, and offer advocacy and witness preparation for criminal cases. Call 407-836-2001.

Community Education and Prevention Services
Our Speaker’s Bureau provides community programs to increase awareness and understanding of domestic violence.  Training is provided to individuals, law enforcement, mental health counselors, health care workers, employers, and other professionals.

Teen Dating Violence Prevention Programs
Teens Ending Abusive Relationships (T.E.A.R.) and Love is Not Abuse are school-based programs educating teens about healthy, non-abusive relationships. 

“Coaching Boys into MenSM
Coaching Boys Into MenSM is a primary prevention program that works directly with at risk youth to promote health and non-violent relationships.  This program is an initiative of the Family Violence Prevention Fund. www.endabuse.org
